Members of the ebXML Registry TC, Your ballot to submit ebXML RegRep version 4.0 as a Candidate OASIS Standard has passed. Congratulations. Per the OASIS TC Process section 3.4, your next step is to submit the Committee Specification and supporting materials to TC Administration using the TC Admin support request form at http://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/candidate-oasis-standard-submission-request . The requested items spelled out in the form are: - Links to the Candidate OASIS Standard HTML version and editable source version - Certification that all schema and XML instances are well formed and valid (this is a simple choice on the form) - English-language summary of the specification - A statement of relationship of this specification to other similar work - Links to the Statements of Use - Links to the announcements of public reviews and pointers to the comment resolution logs - Link to the ballot approve the specification as a Candidate OASIS Standard - Links to votes and comments received in any earlier attempts to standardize substantially the same specification (if any) - Link to he publicly visible comments archive for the originating TC - The length of the Candidate OASIS Standard public review if you wish it to be greater than the required 60 days Once we have this submission, we will prepare the Candidate OASIS Standard from the Committee Specification and announce it to the OASIS membership for its required 60 day public review.
