Update to TC web site

Dear RegRep TC Colleagues,

I have updated the TC main web page to reflect the approval of RegRep 4:

The changes are as follows:

• Under News and Announcements removed bullets regarding interim drafts of RegRep 4 and replaced with a new first bullet on approval of RegRep 4
• Under Technical Work Produced by the Committee removed bullets regarding interim drafts of RegRep 4 and replaced with a new first bullet on approval of RegRep 4

Please look these changes over and let me know if you have a suggestion for improvement. Thank you.
