In the RELAX NG DTD Compatibility specification
(http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/relax-ng/compatibility-20011203.html),
under "4. ID, IDREF and IDREFS," the clause:

for IDREFS a string is an allowed representation if it is a a
whitespace-separated list of one or more NCNames

Should read:

for IDREFS a string is an allowed representation if it is a
whitespace-separated list of one or more NCNames

In other words, there should be only one "a" where now there are two,
i.e., "a a".
