[relax-ng] [ANN] new RELAX NG tools

Sun released three new tools related to RELAX NG.

- One is a RELAX NG converter, which converts DTD, RELAX Core/Namespace,
  TREX and W3C XML Schema to the corresponding RELAX NG.

- Another is an experimental validator that processes the combination of
  RELAX NG and Schematron. This combination looks particularly powerful
  to capture various complex business logic.

- The last is an XML instance generator, which generates XML documents
  from a schema (including RELAX NG).
