RE: [relax-ng] Identity constraints

When you say identity constraints "didn't belong in XML Schema" but "the
desired level of functionality as a bit more than what's in XML Schema" I am
reading that you propose, of course, a separate module. What beyond
key/keyref and streamability do you propose?
