Norm gets my interest with item 3) - seeings that we are just finishing
OASIS CAM v1.1 - and we've long held thoughts of integrating RelaxNG
with CAM...would be an easy piece of gluing together - not much string
and angle-brackets needed...

Sounds nice to me.  Long time ago, James made some suggestions.  
They are still useful in creating a requirement document.
