As of Sunday night (Seattle time) I have heard from no one else that they would be available for our Tues-Wed conference call (see below)....so I think it is best to reschedule in a week or two as people get back in communication with the group again. I apologize for being out of touch for so long. Please respond as you can as to when you would be available for a call....please use the "Reply All" option so everyone gets to see your response.
