Subject: [rights-examples] notes from 9/3 con call
Present: Bob DuCharme (LexisNexis), Thomas DeMartini (ContentGuard), Benny Higdon (IBM) While waiting for others to join, we discussed some of the modeling issues related to Bob's ln00x examples, and Bob was satisfied that he had learned enough to continue work on them. The first agenda item was the best way to get examples from their in-progress state on the mailing list to the examples repository on the RLTC website, perhaps going with Hal Lockhart's suggestion that the in-progress ones get copied to the web site as well in their own in-progress category. Thomas promised to follow up with Hari on this. The second agenda item was really a blanket one for covering the items from the 8/13 meeting, and we decided that we could not cover it with the limited attendance. I had no record of responsibilities being assigned for each, so I wanted to check on potential progress for any of them and look for volunteers to take responsibility for any that had made no progress. See http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/rights-examples/200208/msg00005.html for the notes on that meeting. (On a related note, Parama said that he never received the notice about the con call number, time, and passcode, so mailing list messages that are particularly important for him to receive should be cc'd directly to his mailbox.)
