[rights-examples] RLTC Examples Group's examples now available

A web page showing completed and in-progress work from the RLTC Examples
group is now available at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/rights/documents/subcommittee/examples/
Table%20of%20Contents%20-%20Examples.htm. There isn't much in the
"Completed" category yet, but the web page provides a central repository for
checking on the various examples. The rights-examples mailing list archives
are the best way to get (or contribute to) the up-to-the-minute status of
in-progress examples.
