Hello All:
The following is the Final Requirements Document. I am copying the Chairs of the Governance-Liaison SC for input. I would like any input by Tuesday PM so that members that are waiting for finalization can proceed.

The Requirements Gathering process involves a representative from the Requirements SC assigned to each identified source entity. Assignments were made based upon preexisting relationships with the source entities. The thought was that from this introductory interchange, the source entity may wish to formalize a relationship with the RLTC through the Governance-Liaison SC. The list of SCs are provided in the introduction section of the enclosed document. The following is the list of source entities and the respective RLTC Requirements SC representative:

2. XBRL ("extensible Business Reporting Language") - HR
3. ebXML/UBL ("electronic business XML/Universal Business Language")- BobG
4. OeBF ("Open eBook Forum") - BG

7. OMA ("Open Mobile Alliance") - JE
8. Reuters - DP
9. Creative Commons - JE
10. Digital Consumer - JE
11. Web Services - BobA
