Good summary. I'm glad you included some time for the TC to address the 
public comments; I had another TC planning on approving the CS the day 
after the public review was completed :-)

Just a couple of notes:

- On 22 Jan you have the TC voting to approve the spec again. Note that 
this is a re-approval of the spec as a Committee Spec, which requires 
2/3 vote for and no more than 1/4 against.

- You have the vote to submit to OASIS on 5 Feb. Actually, this could 
take place on the same date as the vote to re-approve as a Committee 
Spec; there's no reason to wait. It is a separate vote, though.

Note also that once the TC votes to submit the CS to OASIS the TC chair 
must assemble the various documents that make up the submission, and 
have everything ready to submit by the 15th of any month.
