Action Items:

* John to e-mail the group's solidified thoughts about the
  CMP/Requirements relationship for incorporation into possible
  FAQ.  Note: this action item may have been superceded by the
  later idea that at the August meeting the Spec SC would generate
  CRs for any Requirements that were not met in the existing Spec.
* Thomas to talk to Hari about schedule of F2F meetings.

Previous Action Item Review:

None.

Discussion:

* Decided to have a face-to-face in August and another in September.
* Decided to leave the option open for an October face-to-face, but
  not to schedule anything yet.
* Discussion about the relationship between Change Management Process
  and Requirements.
  * Two aspects: making sure submitted CRs have some substance in
    Requirements and making sure all Requirements are met.
  * First is straight-forward, but second is not so obvious.
  * John to possibly write some thoughts down about the relationship
    in an e-mail.
  * E-Mail may later be incorporated into an RLTC CMP FAQ of sorts.
  * Idea to use August meeting as a joint meeting with RLTC.
    * Use first day to go over requirements with RLTC.
    * Use second day for the Spec SC to go through requirements and
      generate CRs for those that are not met by the existing
      specification.
* Decided to cancel conference call on July 3rd.
