I have a feeling that there is no time that is going to work for everyone, so I don't want to change our F2F dates right now (especially not the Sept 11-13 dates, as it has been a long-standing proposed date for a while now).  However, to be a little more scientific here and make sure we're not overlooking any obvious alternatives, I would like to ask everyone on this committee to return the attached form to me.  I will tally the responses and post the results in aggregate.  In the meantime, lets consider our F2F dates unchanged.

Thomas, All,

You should note that ISMA cancelled its meeting this week and moved it to
10-11 Sept in Eindhoven so it immediately precedes IBC (13-17 Sept.) It has
not been confirmed but this will likely move the ISMA meting schedule for
Oct in  San Jose... We should reconsider our F2F schedule as well.
