Discussion:

* CR Review:
  * Go through "Open+" CRs for which we proposed resolutions at the
    Spec SC F2F and check if there are any second thoughts on any of
    them. Accept resolutions proposed at the Spec SC F2F.
    * 00002 (Time-fixing of ISO Codes)
      * Accepted.
    * 00003 (PrincipalClass Property for Enhanced Extensibility)
      * Accepted.
    * 00006 (ServiceDescriptions)
      * Accepted proposals in first paragraph.
      * Exclude remainder from that CR.
    * 00007 (ValidityInterval in Issuer)
      * Accepted.
    * 00008 (Signature Flexibility)
      * Accepted.
    * 00009 (Final-ness of ForAll)
      * Accepted.

      * Accepted.
    * 00014 (Rename match-exact to matches and update it)

    * 00016 (Remove mandate to implement matches)
      * Accepted.
  * Open CRs
    * 00004 (SCC14N / XMLEncrypt Namespaces)
      * Still waiting on XML Encrypt to become REC.
      * Last week, Joseph Reagle said they expect to publish PR in a
        few weeks.
      * W3C Process seems to have a couple months between PR and REC.
      * Action Item: ThomasD to watch for REC.
    * 00013 (TransferControl)
      * Action Item: Xin to provide details.
* Editing:
  * ThomasD: it will take quite a bit of time (mostly busy work).
    Doesn't mind doing this if he knows it is worthwhile. Spending
    time now on requirements calls.
  * Action Item: ThomasD to format and edit spec pursuant with
    accepted CRs.
* Meeting Schedule:
  * Currently we have three action items to wait on.
  * Reduced meeting schedule to only every other week (the ones that
    have general body calls scheduled).
  * Cancelled next week's Spec SC call.
  * ThomasD to send out reminder in advance if a Spec SC meeting
    is needed (and, thus, not cancelled) after the next general body
    call. (For instance, if significant progress is made on the
    three action items above or in the Requirements SC.)
