[rights] SBL Objections to the RLTC Requirements Document

Greetings,

As requested, I am filing the attached document as a fuller statement of 
the SBL's objections to the current requirements document. 
Unfortunately, I will be in transit during the conference call of the 
rights requirements SC on Wednesday of this week. I will have sporadic 
email contact until I return home on late Wednesday afternoon. I will 
make every effort to answer any and all questions, to the list of 
course, before the meeting of the rights requirements SC a week from 
this coming Wednesday.
