Subject: list of members eligible to become voting members at first meeting
The following individuals joined the TC on or before 7 December 2010 and therefore are eligible to become voting members at the meeting to be held 14 December 2010. Should any of the individuals listed below not attend that meeting, they will gain voting rights once having attended two consecutive meetings. Anyone who joins the TC after 7 December 2010 will gain voting rights by attending two consecutive meetings. If you feel this list is in error, please contact me immediately.
