Vince Brunssen: SRAMP-8 talks about zip publishing of artifacts to an SRAMP server
Vince Brunssen: After discussion of mime type application/x-sramp-archive it was decided to not use this mime type but instead move back to the application/zip mime type. Then reflect in SRAMP-32 the application/x-sramp-archive as a precursor to storing metadata that will support the GET operation.
Vince Brunssen: Discussing content-type multipart/http

Vince Brunssen: We need to update the batch processing to change the mime type as content-type multipart/http is not an officially supported content-type
Vince Brunssen: It is the consensus of the group that the handling of the zip package should be similar to the batch processing. So, that part of the proposal is agreed upon
Vince Brunssen: Discussing the performance aspect of the proposal
Vince Brunssen: An S-RAMP implementation MAY reject a large zip package. However, the size of that zip package should be left up to the implementer. But the spec should state what error code to return so that it is the same for all implementations
Vince Brunssen: Large zip package above should be stated that an implementation can reject a zip package for any reason but if it rejects the zip package for whatever reason it should return the same error code.
Vince Brunssen: Also, it was suggested that we should apply this same logic to Batch processing.
Vince Brunssen: Radek will make changes to his proposal to capture these thoughts.
Vince Brunssen: Kurt makes the motion to accept Radek's proposal on SRAMP-8 with the given changes that have been discussed and captured in the meeting minutes.
Vince Brunssen: Martin Smithson seconds the motion.
Vince Brunssen: Motion carried unanimously.
Vince Brunssen: Radek will make the appropriate changes in his proposal and integrate in to the documents as appropriate.
Vince Brunssen: We will meet back in 10 minutes at 5 after the hour.
Vince Brunssen: It is 5 past the hour. We are ready to resume the meeting.
Vince Brunssen: Vince to open a JIRA issue that will address the issues discovered with Batch Processing. Radek has agreed to work on this issue so Vince will assign the issue directly to Radek.
