Randall noticed that there were grammatical issues in the Foundation Document during his work to integrate proposals in to the document.  It was decided in the June 13, 2012 conference call to open an umbrella issue to manage all grammatical changes that need to be tracked.  Randall will open sub-issues to this issue to track those changes as he makes them.
