Link to TC Process

Hello.

I promised in the meeting this morning I wold send out a link to the TC Process document.  Here is the link -> https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process.  

Please go to this link and focus on chapter 3 which describes the approval process.  This is the process we will be going through as we move the documents into Committee Draft Specification documents.
