Nice seeing you all at the F2F. Regarding Outreach, if the TC’s
presentation is to be presented to OGF using their template at the conference, it
should still have wording like this:
"The Symptoms Automation Framework Technical Committee
has agreed to release this document for public distribution. This
document is a Committee Work Draft. It has NOT been approved as an OASIS
Standard."
We should then take a version of the PPT, refine it and vote
on it as a Committee Draft, asap, imho.
Stavros, Jeff and I need to use the PPT for a presentation with
a vendor that has some interest in SAF on the 17th. Could you please
upload the latest copy of the PPT asap with the OASIS template back in place,
if possible.
I propose we discuss the PPT on Thursday and see if we can
approve it as a committee draft then or finish it up at least, too. At that
point, it should have the wording like this in it:
"The Symptoms Automation Framework Technical Committee
has agreed to release this document for public distribution. This
document is a Committee Draft. It has NOT been approved as an OASIS
Standard."
