OASIS eMIX is listed.  Nothing really close to SAF.

Priority Action Plans:

NIST has identified an initial set of priorities for developing and improving standards necessary to build an interoperable Smart Grid.

Among the criteria for inclusion on this initial list were 1) immediacy of need, 2) relevance to high-priority Smart Grid functionalities,59 3) availability of existing standards to respond to the need, and 4) the extent and stage of the deployment of affected technologies. In assembling this list, NIST considered stakeholder input received at three public workshops and other public interactions, as well as reviews of research reports and other relevant literature.
