Hi Mary,

Yes of course! We're all well aware of these procedures and had no
intention of doing anything different! "Outreach" relates to some of the
things we discussed in the call, while the working draft is there for us
to work on it until we decide whether we would like to have another
charter clarification or not.

Let me know if anything regarding the charter working draft needs
revising or if you need anything else?
