CASCON abstract for submission

Hi all,

 

I took a first step in writing an abstract for the IBM CASCON Diagnosis workshop (just CASCON from now on). It is still pretty rough, and need feedback as to whether this is the right scope.

 

Once again, we should vote on this on Monday as we need to submit to CASCON asap!
