Jeff in the previous iteration already added my name to the "Both" group.

Do we need to open a ballot asap to meet some deadline? Otherwise we can discuss and open it on Monday to give some more time to members to comment.

Could you rephrase the below, if there is no objection? There was great interest in not defining the message too broadly (“cloud standards” is too broad) and making it clear that both parties must agree (they often do not promote alliances and want the freedom to say no)

· Feb 2011: Co-developed CMWG/SAF marketing messaging around Cloud standards (optionally).

Attached one that can go to ballot (with some minor changes over the one Paul sent). Any ballot should start at the earliest tomorrow (Thursday) so as to give enough time for any other initial comments.

Paul thanks for the update. I take it that if we fix these, the alliance committee should have no reservations? Does it go to the board then or through the AC again?

Hi Jeff and Stavros,

I have limited connectivity. Could this document please be renamed and balloted (if there is no objection). The attached represents an updated Work Register based on feedback from the Alliance Committee. Changes summarized quickly below:

· Corrected version number (must be v1.0)

· Mappings may not even occur. Made the entry conditional and non-specific

· Eliminated last bullet in deliverables as too broad (other bullets do the job more acceptably)

· SAF summary added

· Marketing material/initiative only if both groups concur and made less broad

If there is need/desire to discuss, I should be able to attend on the 20^th, but can only do so for part of the meeting, I’m afraid.
