No consensus, so remains "Protocol" for now.
Alternatives discussed were:
- PrescriptionTemplate / PrescriptionInstance - Not really class/instance relationship.
- PrescriptionTemplate / Prescription (ie: leaving latter unchanged from current Spec, but former replaces Protocol)
- Regimen
- Treatment - has negative connotation, and doesn't capture optimizations. 
- Remedy - a Treatment that is applied repeatedly (which may not always be the case).
