Motion for special TC ballot

SAF TC members,

 

The Committee Specification Draft for Public Review has run its course, and we are now ready to proceed with the Committee Specification process.  We need to have a motion and a second to apply for the special TC ballot that initiates the CS process.  We discussed this at our last meeting, but some confusion as to whether we officially made a motion, hence this email.

 

I make a motion that we apply for the special TC ballot.  Can anyone second that motion?
