meeting.

 * Two main camps: All in one document, Group in families or one 
document per algorithm
 * Discussion Tim and Tony suggest to exclude all in one document
 * Tim moves to start with one document per algo, and group as we go if 
applicable, stefan seconds. No objections, comments or abstentions. 
Motion Carries.

 * Some parties indicated their will to provide contributions
 * Tony proposes to the TC members to contribute algorithms or if they 
know of parties willing to contribute
 * Tim plans to contribute within next month to contribute something
