Cancelling this week's call

Hi Folks,

I apologise for the late notice - I was holding off in the hopes I'd have a submission to discuss, but its author reports it's not quite ready yet. As a result, I'll cancel this week's call rather than just going through the motions.

As always, if you have something to submit/contribute, please either post it directly to the list or let Tim Chevalier and I know so we can add it to the agenda.
