Uncancelled: SAM Technical Committee Meeting (Conference Call)

        We deferred the last meeting as the workloads of the two authors of the current draft of the Group Schemes Implementation had been impacted by our volunteer's other work commitments. I have checked with the Authors today and unfortunately they will not be ready to present this week. 

Rather than commit to a meeting where we do not have something to present It seem appropriate to not waste everyone's time but allow the authors two weeks to get something together. 

Hopefully we can have something to review on the 21st.
