Cancelled: SAM Technical Committee Meeting

        I have ben in Touch with Tim Chevalier, unfortunately due to external circumstances Tim has been unavailable to work on his proposal and so there is no progress to report. In order to reduce some of the pressure and avoid an unnecessary meeting we have decided to cancel the TC meeting this week.

Currently not sure about the status for the next meeting however I will check with Tim before the meeting.
