Cancelled: SAM Technical Committee Meeting

        Trying to give everyone as much advance notice as possible. 

As this weeks SAM call conflicts with the KMIP Interop that is currently in progress many of the members of the TC are heavily engaged in progressing that event.

I have spoken to a number of participants and they advise that they have been delayed in their other objectives by this and have asked me to cancel this week's call.

Accordingly the next meeting will be the scheduled meeting for October 31.
