Following up from your question during the TC call today.  The recording of all the sessions from the NIST Workshop on Multi-party Threshold Schemes which was held September 26-28, 2023 have been posted.

The intent of the workshop was to refine the final version of the call for Multi-Party Threshold Schemes and encourage submissions from the community to this call.
