I will attend. If others from Entegrity attend, we will use a speaker phone, so we will only need one port.

As far as the agenda, this looks like a good list. Other people can suggest additional items. It is usual to make the first item in the Agenda, the contents of the Agenda (called Agenda bashing).

As far as chair, there is no precident or required procedure. You are welcome to act as chair. If you do not wish to do so, I am willing.
