I've tried to get this information earlier and failed. So, I
will break it down and ask about them independently :-)

We need to tell Burton what our power needs are going to be.
Please provide me a list of all the equipment your company
intends to bring that will require power.

Related to this is whether we have any need for lighting
beyond the two chandeliers in the room. My feeling is that
we may want desklamps, but I need input from you.
