[saml-dev] Schedule suggestion for Monday

Since the east coast dry run will be halfway through their first day 
around the time we start on the west coast, I would like to propose the 
following:

West Coast schedule:
8:30 - 9:00 - Introductions
9:00 - 9:30 - Conference call with east coast for knowledge transfer :-)
9:30 - 12:00 - Configure network, connect machines, etc.
12:00 - 1:00 - Lunch
1:00 - 1:30 - Conference call with east coast - process and activity check
1:30 - 6:00 - Interop work

These times are only suggestions, but I believe that staying in touch 
with the east coast folks will provide real value. There is nothing to 
say that we won't connect more often than this, especially if we run 
into snags.

Feel free to suggest other changes, but I hope this is somewhat helpful 
for those of you that were wondering what the plan was :-)
