Subject: RE: [saml-dev] Sigaba, RSA and Netegrity
Jahan - So you do NOT intend to change over to the new naming convention - is this correct?
In DNS, you are supposed to only have one name associated with an IP address. You can use "alias" records to give some alternate names and this was how we were going to do it before the cert issue came up on the list.
So if you have just one system, you need to tell me its name (receiver or application). I can then set the other name as an alias pointing at it. If the system name is neither "receiver" nor "application", then I'll need the real name and both receiver and application will be aliases.
Thanks,

For Sigaba we have:
application.sigaba.com -> 192.168.16.101 receiver.sigaba.com -> 192.168.16.101 Becuase we are not an assertion producer, this is all you should need from us.
Thanks, Jahan ---------------------------
