Hello Chris,

Have you taken a look at OpenSSO (http://OpenSSO.dev.java.net)?  A 
bunch of code was added last week that includes SAML V2.0 support 
(and much, much more :) ).

(OpenSAML has EA code for SAML V2.0 support, though it's not 
recommended for production use; you can find it on the wiki: 
https://authdev.it.ohio-state.edu/twiki/bin/view/Shibboleth/OpenSAML)
