Subject: Re: Status of doodle meeting slot optimisation before meeting#3

Dear members,

I naively mapped even the winter meetings to the same UTC, but the doodle suggested of course "local" time, i.e. adjusted to the current daylight savings "situation".

So I suggest we proceed with the following meeting schedule instead:

October 11 16:30-18:30 UTC (13/13)
October 25 16:30-18:30 UTC (12/13)
November 08 17:30-19:30 UTC (12/13) DE, US and UK now winter time
November 29 17:30-19:30 UTC (10/13) ... winter time
December 13 17:30-19:30 UTC (11/13) ... winter time
January 10 17:30-19:30 UTC (13/13) ... winter time

Note:
* US switches back on November 05 to winter time
* DE, and UK both switch back on October 29 to winter time

Thus we are (presumably) lucky to (this year) not meet in between.

PS: Kudos to David for spotting this.

All the best and sorry for introducing the lapse in the first place,
Stefan.
