E-mail motion and subsequent named ballot for CSD01 succeeded

the e-mail motion and subsequent named ballot
for CSD01 that started after being seconded via [1]
on 2018-JUN-08 23:02 UTC now carries as the ballot ended with:

 0 x ABSTAIN
 0 x NON
 1 x NOT_VOTED / NO_ANSWER

I will now request the ballot from TC administration as
described in the motion (given below for ease of reference):

I hereby move that
1. we accept the changes for Issue #189 (Make result.workItemUris an array)
2. we accept the changes for Issue #191 (run.columnKind is only for 
text-processing tools) 3. the Chair request TC Administration hold a 
Special Majority Vote to approve Static Analysis Results Interchange 
Format (SARIF) Version 2.0 Working Draft 01 and all associated artifacts 
contained in > 
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/63221/sarif-v2.0-csd01.zip 
< as a Committee Specification Draft 01 and designate the Microsoft Word 
version of the specification as authoritative. I further move that the 
TC approve submitting the aforementioned Committee Specification Draft 
01 for 30 days of public review and direct the Chairs perform the tasks 
as required by TC Admin to facilitate that issuance.
