Subject: #393: Loosen restrictions on externalized arrays.
I created and merged a change draft for
Issue #393, “Loosen prohibition against array elements in 'root' SARIF document”: Michael pointed out that this allows you to start writing the elements of an array-valued externalizable property to the root file, and then, if there are too many, to externalize the rest of them.
