In the call for consent, your vote is assumed to be âyesâ although you are allowed to vote âyesâ explicitly. Which is why itâs kind of nice â these three companies took the trouble to explicitly agree.

 

All that matters in the call for consent is ânoâ votes â and each one must come with a âvalid objectionâ.
