SARIF viewers for VS and VS Code: OSS repo locations and MS Marketplace install locations

As discussed, here are source code and install locations for the OSS SARIF viewers for VS and VS Code.

 

Please feel free to file problem reports on the repos or simply send them to me. You may observe that the marketplace needs an update for a fix, it is trivial for us to republish, of so.
