TITLE: Autowire value for the logical domain composite

TARGET: SCA Assembly Specification

DESCRIPTION:
SCA composites can specify a value for autowire on the <composite> 
element. This value is inherited by the children of the composite, if 
not overridden. It is not clear what should happen for the logical 
domain composite. This may lead to different runtimes using different 
autowire values for the logical domain composites. There is also no 
standard way to set attributes on the logical domain composite. Given 
this, I believe that the spec should clarify what happens wrt autowire 
at the domain composite.
