Proposed Resolution: From [2] replace lines 2292-2296 with the following: To be considered a conversational interface, an interface MUST meet at least one of the following requirements: 1. The interface definition is annotated with the SCA "conversational" policy intent. 2. The SCA service or reference which uses the interface requires the "conversational" policy intent. This is useful when the interface definition cannot be annotated.
