Updated CD-01 Assembly Specification publication package

Folks,

Following discussions in the OpenCSA
Liaison committee, there is an updated proposal for the names of
published artifacts.  Assuming
the Assembly TC adopts this proposal, it requires an updated version of
the
publication package for CD-01.

I have prepared such an updated package
with artifact names conforming to the new proposal.
At the same time, I did some editorial
work on the CD-01 specification text:
- the Artifact URIs are written on the
header page
- comments remaining in the Word version
of the spec were removed
- a number of blank pages were removed

The package is loaded onto the OASIS
site here:
