I was following the pattern of what
is already in section 10.  I would have no problem moving the Java
import and export portions to the Java C&! spec, but then we should
also move the Java interface and implementation.

I was surprised to the see the Java import and export
extensions being
proposed for the Assembly spec.  Wouldn't those extensions be better
placed
in the Java C&I spec?

Attached is a proposal for the additional text that needs to be added to
section 10 of CD01 to describe the import and export extension points for
contributions introduced in section 11.  As part of the proposal,
the order
of sections 10 and 11 should be reversed.
