Title: Message
Line 1969, add
the following text to the end of the paragraph:
The boundary of
visibility, sometimes called encapsulation, can be enforced when assembling
components and composites, but such encapsulation structures might not be
enforceable in a particular implementation language. An implementation
language may impose tighter restrictions on visibility, however any such
restrictions must not contradict the wiring and visibility requirements
defined by this specification.
