Latest SCA Assembly Spec revision - all Resolved Issues applied

Folks,

I posted a new revision of the SCA Assembly
spec to the OASIS site today, here:

This revision includes ALL of the resolved
issues - and I would like to use this new revision:

a) To verify that all the applied issues
have been applied correctly
b) To enable us to move all the applied
issues to "Closed" state early in 2009
c) Build the basis for a CD-02 version
of the Assembly specification
