[sca-assembly] Latest SCA Assembly Spec revision - all Resolved Issuesapplied

There seems to be a problem uploading
files to the OASIS site - the files appear to upload but the entries on
the site are all 0 bytes in size.  So

I posted a new revision of the SCA Assembly
spec to the OASIS site today, here:

issues - and I would like to use this new revision:


a) To verify that all the applied issues
have been applied correctly 
b) To enable us to move all the applied
issues to "Closed" state early in 2009 
c) Build the basis for a CD-02 version
of the Assembly specification
