Subject: [NEW ISSUE] Normative statement missing for <property/> @type and @elementattributes

Description:
For <property/> elements of each
of <composite/>, of <component/> and of <componentType/>,
there are two attributes defined
@type and @element, which define the
type of the property. These two attributes are actually mutually
exclusive - it is only
possible to use one of them on a given
<property/> element. However, the specification does not state
this and it does not
have conformance points which make the
restriction clear.
Proposal
Update each of the sections dealing
with the <property/> element to add a normative statement that @type
and @element are
mutually exclusive and cannot both be
specified on a given <property/>.
